Events deserve better coffee. That was the whole idea.
How It Started
I'm Spencer. I started Wooden Cow Coffee because I kept showing up to events and getting handed the same watered-down drip coffee in a styrofoam cup. At weddings. At corporate events. Everywhere.
So I built a mobile espresso bar and started showing up with real coffee. Pulled shots, steamed milk, latte art — the whole thing. Turns out people notice when the coffee is actually good.
Now we do it for a living. Every event gets a custom menu, a setup that fits the space, and baristas who care about what they're pouring. That's it. No gimmicks.
